1. Who we are

This Policy describes what data we collect on tansu.kz, why, who can access it and how long it is kept.
2. What data we collect
2.1. Data you send us yourself
When you fill in an inquiry form (“Select your boiler” / the questionnaire), we receive what you entered: name, phone number, email address, company name, city, the technical parameters of your request (fuel type, steam output, pressure and the other questionnaire fields) and the text in the comments field.
No files or attachments are sent through the website form. Documents (a water analysis, for example) are sent to us separately — by WhatsApp or email — at our engineer's request.
2.2. Data collected automatically
To assess how usable the site is and how well our advertising performs, we use the web analytics services Google Analytics (Google) and Yandex.Metrica (Yandex). Using cookies and similar technologies, these services collect anonymised information about the visit: the pages you viewed, the referral source, device and browser type, approximate region, and on-page actions.
Yandex.Metrica on our site uses Webvisor, which records anonymised on-page actions (cursor movement, scrolling, clicks, typing into form fields) to analyse how usable the interface is. These recordings are not used to identify individuals.
If you arrived from an advertisement, we also record the advertising tags (gclid, yclid, UTM) in order to link the inquiry to its advertising source. These tags are submitted together with the form.
3. Why we process data
- To contact you about your inquiry, prepare a quotation and select the equipment.
- To keep a record of inquiries and the history of our work with a customer.
- To assess the usability of the site and the performance of our advertising channels (anonymised analytics).
We do not use your data to send advertising without your consent, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal consequences for you.
4. Who can access your data
We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Inquiries go into our internal records system and are accessible only to plant staff who handle them.
Data processing is, however, technically supported by services acting as our processors:
- Google (Google Analytics) and Yandex (Yandex.Metrica) — anonymised web analytics; the data is processed on those services' side under their own rules.
- Google Workspace — the corporate mailbox through which we receive copies of inquiries.
5. How long we keep data
Inquiry data is kept in our CRM for as long as is necessary to handle the inquiry and provide subsequent service, unless the law requires otherwise. Anonymised analytics data is retained by the analytics services under their own retention periods. You may request deletion of your data (section 6).
6. Your rights
You have the right to ask what data of yours we hold, to require its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to leads@tansutech.com.
You can switch off analytics collection yourself — through your browser's cookie settings, private browsing mode, or the official opt-out tools from Google and Yandex.
7. Cookies
The site uses the cookies required by the analytics services (section 2.2). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this does not affect how the main pages of the site work.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current revision is always available on this page; the revision date is given at the top of the document.
