TANSU industrial boilers: steam boilers and industrial boiler equipment
Industrial boilers form the backbone of the energy infrastructure at plants that need process steam, industrial heating or a stable source of heat. When choosing equipment, it is important to consider not only the price of an industrial boiler but also its output, fuel consumption, service life and operating cost.
TANSU, a manufacturer of industrial boilers and industrial boiler equipment, has been in business since 1995. The company produces steam, gas-fired, coal-fired and thermal oil boilers for plants across the CIS.
TANSU, the industrial boiler manufacturer
TANSU has its own production facility of more than 6,500 m² and has supplied more than 2,000 boilers.
A full in-house production cycle lets the company control the quality of its equipment and offer an industrial boiler direct from the manufacturer, selected for the parameters of the specific plant.
Main products:
- industrial steam boilers;
- gas-fired industrial boilers;
- diesel and heavy fuel oil boilers;
- coal-fired industrial boilers;
- solid-fuel boilers;
- thermal oil boilers.

Industrial steam boilers
An industrial steam boiler is used to produce process steam at a plant.
TANSU steam boilers for gas and liquid fuel have outputs of 300–25,000 kg/h and pressures up to 25 bar. The equipment runs on gas, diesel and heavy fuel oil.
More: TANSU industrial steam boilers.
For plants that use solid fuel, TANSU manufactures coal-fired steam boilers with outputs of 300–2,000 kg/h and pressures up to 25 bar.
Gas-fired, coal-fired and thermal oil boilers
A gas-fired industrial boiler suits plants that need a stable supply of process steam. TANSU also produces boilers for diesel, heavy fuel oil and coal.
For industrial heating that does not need high pressure, there are thermal oil boilers rated at 500–3,000 kW with heat-transfer fluid temperatures up to 300 °C.
Replacing DE, KE and E boilers
When modernising an industrial boiler house, plants often consider replacing their outdated DE, KE and E boilers.
Typical tasks:
- replacing a DE boiler;
- replacing a KE boiler;
- a modern equivalent of a DE;
- a modern equivalent of a KE;
- an equivalent of a DE-10-14, DE-16-14 or DE-25-14;
- an equivalent of a KE-6.5 or KE-10.
